Dyeing Method
Procedure for Dyeing with V.S. Base Reactive Dyes by Exhaustion Method
Enter the Goods to be dyed in dyebath then heat up to 80° C within 20 -30 minutes. Then Requisite Quantity of soda ash is to be added and continue the dyebath for 1 hour at 80° C. Then Wash Off Goods with cold and soaped boil water simultaneously. Again it is required to wash with cold water. Then Dry the goods

4.0 % | 80 | 5-10 |
Procedure for Printing with V.S. Base Reactive Dyes
Finally made 1000 parts with alginate thickening. Firstly dissolve Urea is dissolved in water at 80° C. Then add Dyestuff & Stirr to dissolve. Then add resist salt, Sodium bicarbonate and thickening. This is to be stirred to homogenous paste. After printing the goods are to the dried, steamed for 15 -20 minutes. Then wash off goods with cold and soaped boil water simultaneously. Again it is required to wash with cold water. Then dry the goods.
